Learn proper form and transitions and the order of the exercises, all at a pace appropriate for beginners and those wanting to nail down some good habits. Traditional matwork forms the core of classical Pilates. This class teaches you the exercises, the order, the tempo and how to use the classical contrology mat and small apparatuses. Matwork is an invigorating full body workout that will leave you feeling tall, toned and stretched out. Variations and modifications will be provided by the teacher to those at different levels.

This class requires more strength, balance, mobility, coordination, control and knowledge of the Classical Pilates method than the All Levels class.
This fast paced Pilates class is for very experienced students. The class will use different apparatus for each workout and the students must be familiar with the repertoire on each piece of equipment. This workout will challenge your strength, endurance, corrdination, balance and mobilty.

These workouts are the way Joseph pilates taught his students and ran his studio. You will take ownership of your own workout, you will choose which apparatus to work on each day and move at your own pace. You must be comfortable with basic classical matwork and basic classical reformer. Do your best to remember the exercises, the order, the springs and the reps but perfection isn’t the goal. The goal is to keep moving, to be autonomous, to think for yourself and to learn. Your teacher will offer help, corrections, encouragement and suggestions throughout your workout. You will build confidence, gain self awareness, enjoy personal growth, be in charge creating your own habits and ultimately feel pride of ownership over your own health and fitness.

Ashtanga Yoga is a physically demanding and fast paced style of yoga. Expect to sweat! This yoga style focuses on a specific order of postures, includes dynamic movement, connects movements with breath, focusses the mind, and results in strength, flexibility and mental calm and fortitude. No music in this class.
